Pastoral MESSAGE       

Hello,

My name is Karen Harvey, and as the Pastoral and Welfare Lead, my role is to support the wellbeing of pupils, staff, and parents/carers. I work closely with the Inclusion Team to help students overcome any barriers to learning. Together, we ensure that attendance, behaviour, and SEND needs are supported so that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

I am here to support you as well as your child. I can visit you at home to discuss any concerns or challenges that may be affecting your child’s school experience. You are also very welcome to come into school for a cup of tea and a friendly chat.

In addition, I am the CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) Lead for the Linden Centre and attend regular Network Meetings. If you have any concerns regarding CSE, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

My aim is to work alongside you to ensure your child thrives at school, and I am always happy to listen and help wherever I can.
